• Recurring plans for example the Annual or retired Monthly are billed automatically to your credit card, and can be cancelled anytime from the billing profile.

• CSN does not provide payment receipts, or renewal reminders. Check your online billing profile for your anniversary date and credit card information.

• You might be asked for personal details and payment info to buy a subscription, pay-per-view event, or other services.

• Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. on behalf of CSN.

• Pay-per-view events allow viewing for one week from the event unless stated otherwise.

 

Subscription Rules
You can cancel your subscription (like the Annual plan) from your account “Billing” page.

• There are no refunds if you access a subscription product or pay-per-view event.

• If CSN cancels your subscription, they may issue a prorated refund unless you have violated the Terms.

• Refunds may not be possible if your payment method can’t be credited.
